Mike was great! He handled the insurance company every step of the way. Felt like they were trying NOT to pay, but Mike handled it. We needed a roof quick, and he made it happen. Roof looks great, and they didn’t leave a giant mess like some of the fly by night roofing companies in town. He also got the insurance company to work with us on gutters and screens and all sorts of stuff that I knew nothing about!

Michael replaced my roof and gutters, stained my fence, pergola and front door. He made sure I was pleased with the quality of work and got it all done quickly. I would definitely use Michael and Total Roofing again.

Mike came out and did an inspection for us. He didn’t find any significant damage and left us the file in case we had any problems with insurance down the road. We’ll definitely call Total Roofing after the next storm.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Inspections are free. Don’t let money stop you from protecting your home, we can help. We also offer referral bonuses for jobs sold from leads generated by personal referrals.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We set up a time for a complimentary inspection. I will come to the home, complete our 30-point home inspection, along with photos to go over together and discuss the homeowner’s needs and wants to find the best solution, if necessary. I will leave the homeowner a copy of my inspection report for their records and assist in filing a homeowner’s claim or completing any necessary repairs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have a pretty extensive training program at Total Roofing Systems that has been very educational and beneficial. I’ve also been around the contractor/remodeling game for a few years.
