Introduction: I have been a freelance graphic designer for almost 20 years! I have worked in many different fields, with clients all across the world. I've been told that text & color are my specialties. I strive to make artwork very eye catching & POP! This is a hard question, because I am really fond of all aspects, even the challenges. I think the thing I love the most, is just seeing my artwork in motion. Nothing is more satisfying than saying ... "Hey I did that!"

Corporation / business,
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I don't have a fixed pricing system, as everything I create is custom per what the client is needing. I do understand budgets and am willing to work within ranges. Anything outside of the initial quote will be drawn up depending on what needs to be done. Time & complexity are taken into consideration.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Generally the first point of contact is through email, then we move over into either a phone or Skype conference. I allow the customers to explain their vision about the project at hand. I ask lots of questions, to ensure that I understand the concept. We then just correspond either through email or what ever method is approved to be the easiest until the customer is satisfied with the product.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am actually self taught. I do not have any schooling or formal training in this field. However, that isn't a bad thing. I have been designing for over 20 years, I took art & journalism in high school. I've always picked jobs that had something to do with design or if it didn't I weaseled my way into that department =)
