I had to have toilets installed in my home which we are renting while we are temporarily living in another state. As such, I relied on Thumbtack’s reviews and price comparisons to find a “good” plumber. I did.
Mike’s bid came in at 20% of the cost the plumber the property management company has been using for our repairs, $65 vs $350 just to install a toilet!
In addition, he replied promptly to any correspondence on Thumbtack. I never had to wait long for a response.
His willingness to work through the property management company rather than the renters directly to set up the install put my mind at ease.
Finally, he was proactive in contacting the property management company to set up a time and installed the new toilets shortly after they arrived.
I would highly recommend Mike and, though I’m tired of dealing with plumbing problems and hope to never have to contact Mike again, he is now my plumber of choice.

Initially I chose Christian restorations to help me set a toilet. When I found out they were not licensed I canceled my appointment and searched for a licensed professional. Christian Restorations messaged me back an ugly comment. I tried to explain I was trying to look after my members by looking for a licensed professional, I again received another very unprofessional and rude comment. I would not recommend this company for any project if he treats a customer like he treated me. I’m sure he stands behind his work in the same unprofessional tone.
