We did not end up using Terry Milford and his company because we were able to include a demo in the sale of the property. I will tell you though, he was our first choice before this came up. He was polite, thorough, wrote a great estimate very involved, asked lots of great questions and was very compassionate. I would highly recommend him for a job like this. We checked his references and they were excellent!
