- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, I do have a standard price sheet that I can share with any client. The pricing options vary depending on whether we decide to do a daily rate, or a per-word or per-page rate, etc. It's dependent on what makes the most sense for each project and each client.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I want to clearly understand my client's needs and expectations, and make sure that what I can do is what he or she needs done. Usually this entails a detailed conversation about the project, the timeframe, and the level of collaboration possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over ten years' experience with writing and editing, as well as proposal coordination and proofreading, and research. In addition, I gained writing and editing experience contributing to both my high school and college newspapers.
