Our full-service property management entails the following: * initial listing visit * listing of the home * advertising * schedule showings * tenant screening * lease * routine visits * maintenance Our management fees are between 6% to 8% of the collected rents. In addition to the management fee, we charge one months commission for the time, effort, and cost associated with finding and placing a new tenant (this fee is split with another agent if tenant is represented by an agent).
