Latest Review: I had a WONDERFUL time training with Lori! She is a FANTASTIC trainer and really cares about her clients! She knows how to customize each training class to cater to your different needs/abilities, and she pushes you to achieve new workouts that you did not think was even possible for your body! She focuses on every aspect of a healthy lifestyle - nutrition, cardio, weight training, etc. - so her training/advice leaves you feeling completely satisfied and positive about everything! You will also be blown away by her wonderful encouragement and positivity - she is always there when you have questions or are doubting yourself. She's a great trainer as well as a GREAT motivator! I always felt very comfortable and was never intimidated working with her, and I would GLADLY recommend her to anyone and everyone.

Latest Review: I have been training with Janelle more than 4 years now. She puts time into customizing a work out for me working around all of my injuries and muscle weakness. She pushes me into doing more than I ever would on my own. She is confident and extremely competent as a trainer but because of her work as a certified MAT Professional she is able to catch future injuries and keep me strong.

Latest Review: Mike Phillips has been my trainer for a year and a half now. I have had phenomenal results! It has been hard work but very much worth it. Mike has great workouts that really keep you excited about coming back for your next workout day! I would not be at the level I am now with out him.

Latest Review: Lex is a bad ass who cares about his clients. He has a lot of experience in many disciplines (fitness, body building, nutrition, and self defense). His no non-sense approach yeilds results. If you are looking for a day spa, not the place. Come to work and see the results

Latest Review: Lupe inspires me to want to become the best version of myself. He is a kind person, but pushes me to go beyond what I think I can do. His methodology is not like other trainers: he cares! And, he begins with training your mind to think positively. Also, he teaches you to do it correctly, with the exact right posture and technique. I've worked with other trainers before, so I can say: Lupe is different, in a GOOD way!

Latest Review: I have trained with Steve on and off for about 10 years but have only really committed to some consistency in the last two years. Steve works me really hard and always keeps me focused. Each session is lots of fun as he keeps it fresh and I am seeing great results, especially from his ropes training. He is incredibly focused and always brings his A game! I frequently recommend Steve to all my friends.

Latest Review: When I started my search for a personal trainer, I did not know where to start. I knew I would likely need the person to meet me at my office gym because I work many hours. Also, knowing myself and my likelihood of continuing a workout routine and sticking to it decreases for each pause point (getting out of the office, driving out of the office garage to a gym, etc) that is baked into the process of getting to in an effective day's workout. I found Gigi on Thumbtack, reviewed her website, and made contact. Her response time was fantastic. We setup a time to discuss what I was looking for by phone. During the convo by phone, she recommended us meeting face-to-face (no pressure and no charge for either the call or the f-t-f meeting). Upon meeting her, I was impressed with her punctuality, communicating abilities (text, ability to use GPS for address locations, asking the questions I would expect when starting a workout routine, etc), her attentiveness to my answers to questions, and a no-pressure approach to discussing my training needs. I decided to try personal gym training for the first time and bought a package of sessions. I have now finished one package of sessions and feel stronger and have noticed more definition in my body tone. If you are considering personal training, be honest with yourself about: 1) how hard you push yourself when you work out alone. I know without a doubt that I would probably given about 50% (at best) of the push during my workout that I gave when working with Gigi. 2) the likelihood of actually getting to the location to workout (there are always more appealing options that we all rationalize our excuses away when deciding to blow off our solo attempts to go to the gym--friends meeting for dinner, family obligations, errands, and the list is endless) when going solo to the gym 3) the time (even a couple of hours a week) and the money you put into your workout really is for YOU, your health (physical and mental), and your life. I recommend Gigi for your training needs. She always has a variety of workouts (and even brings many different tools with her to add variety to the workout), takes notes of the workouts completed each visit, and strikes the right balance of push with a careful eye on your actual capacity as to not push into unhealthy territory for your body and physical level--this point is important because there are so many people with different capacities, different ages, needs, etc. Reach out to her, contact her, you will not be disappointed. Take a step for YOU and your health.
