I used Howard twice in the past 5 years. I used him to develop a business plan and proforma spreadsheet for a loan application. Later, I used Howard to review my existing business, and make recommendations on improving sales, processes, and back office finances. Howard is extremely easy to work with and has a great knack for reducing complex issues into easy to understand tasks. He has been invaluable to us in our construction business. Howard Larrabee was at a consulting firm my company hired in 2005. He was so impressive at understanding the complex business sector we are in that we hired him a year later.
