- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is a $40 minimum set up fee for each job which covers the time it takes to prepare for your project which includes testing materials to ensure that your project will turn out as beautiful as you imagined!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Each job starts with a free, 30-minute consultation. During that consultation, we discuss your ideas, timeline and budget. I make design recommendations, if necessary and together, we develop the project plan. If we decide to work together, I create and send an invoice detailing what we’ve discussed. After I receive the invoice back from the client, I officially add their project to my calendar. A rough sketch is designed and sent to the client for approval or changes. Once the rough sketch is approved, I begin working on the final product according to the agreed upon timeline. As the project is nearing completion, I send a final invoice for the balance of the payment, if applicable, and coordinate a pick up time or shipping arrangements with the client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in project management for the past 15 years and bring those skills to each and every job I take on. I've spent hours working on workflows and the customer journey to ensure that each of my clients enjoy a seamless, stress-free process from consultation through completion!
