Introduction: I am a Construction Remodeling Expert. I began working as a plumber and electrician when I was 14 years old and continued to do so for the next 10+ years. This is where I gained the majority of my knowledge for kitchens and bathroom remodeling. I began renovating houses in 2004 when I used to buy and completely renovate older homes. I would gut everything out of the home and go back with all brand new furnishings including new HVAC, electrical, plumbing, insulation, drywall, paint, flooring, cabinets, roofing, siding and driveways. I still own all of these homes as rental homes today. I also received my bachelor of science degree in Construction Management. I use my experience to start my business and now use all of this experience to perform remodeling projects for my customers. I strive to meet a customers budget, which is why my company is call Resourceful because there are different ways to do this. I take pride in giving customers what they want, on time and on budget.

Resourceful Transformations is a top notch company and I highly recommend Markus and his crew. Markus is extremely knowledgeable about all things construction and does beautiful and quality work. Resourceful Transformations extensively remodeled two bathrooms, a hallway, and the master bedroom in my house. The bathrooms were completely stripped down to the studs and the plumbing was relocated to better utilize the space. They did an excellent job with everything. The whole crew was personable, polite, clean and extremely hard working. The project stayed on budget and on schedule. Markus was able to take my plan, use his expertise and hard work, and make everything work. He was great to work with and kept in communication the whole way through. The expertise of everyone, including the subcontractors, who worked on this project made my house look beautiful, even better than I had hoped. I plan on hiring Resourceful Transformations to finish the rest of my house and I certainly recommend them for any of your remodeling and construction needs.

Extremely happy with all the work that Markus did. Had him install two new chandeliers on my double height/18 ft ceilings, install 5 LED retrofit canned lights, install 2 outdoor lights, and take down a very heavy valance and old curtains from my living room (double height ceilings). All the work he did was top quality and excellent value for the money spent. Completed for original estimate. I am having him estimate redo of all 3 of my bathrooms. I had the wrong part for one of the installations and at my request, he drove to Home Depot to make sure we would get the right one. He cares about doing things right and has strong attention to detail.
