Frank did a great job installing a handful of locks and door handles at our house. When he realized I had purchased the wrong type of lock, he patiently waited as I went to Home Depot to get the right one. We previously had all sorts of keys for all of the locks we had. After Frank re-keyed everything, it felt great knowing that we only needed one key going forward.
