Emily is such a true professional . She takes the time to understand her patient’s health needs and tailors the exercises and workout in such a manner that will gradually improve their performance and increase their physical health, without overwhelming or straining them . Her genuine care and effort to help her patients is very obvious and very reassuring , and gives us the peace of mind that both physically and emotionally we are in truly caring and capable hands .
