- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In all true and honesty, our pricing system is Not complicated at all. What might make it complicated is to simply answered in 3 words. Our services varies on various forms and aspects. As every job or service is different we carefully evaluate all angles, so we can deliver the client with the best possible deal. As an example, for those property owners seeking management services, we evaluate the property maintenance status, market conditions, property size, number of properties or units about to be in management, market rents, average vacancy, operating expenses and length of services being requested and/or estimated time a specific project must be adhered or completed.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
When I first started I did not know what to expect and there was obviously lots to learn. When I decided that in order to succeed, I needed to implement systems and strategies to keep me both focus and consistent in our team plans and personal goals, I discover that you can be a movie star, if you just know your lines and scripts. I sincerely enjoy making a difference in others life and mostly I enjoy developing creative solutions, in give's me and my team a sense of depth satisfaction and let us know we are innovative and different from other conventional companies.

Buyer representation for first-time home buyers. Investor representation for first-time buyer investor on income producing residential properties, multifamily or apartment buildings. Oversee and manage property for out of state owners and/or small investor's portfolio.
