- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
NewGen Properties fees are competitive, we offer discounts to multiple property landlords and to clients who purchase or sell a property with us.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
On-boarding Landlords: After all necessary paperwork has been completed and if a home is vacant, we walk the property and conduct a complete property profile, complete make ready repairs if needed, we list the property on MLS along with many other sites for maximum exposure, we will show your home as well as handle appointments for Realtors who belong to the board, screen applicants, draw contracts, collect money, create owner and tenant portals for online payments and create property reports for the Landlords.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The requirements and classes needed to pass the Texas Real Estate exam do not include leasing or property management. It’s important to ask potential management companies what their education level is. You can verify my education trec.texas.gov Susan Wilson license 0394300 I personally have over 1000 verifiable class room hours which include multiple property leasing/management/risk reduction classes/Landlord & Tenant relation/Eviction classes etc. As the Broker/Owner of NewGen Properties, I also require my employees to get certifications in property leasing and management.
