About this pro
This is our third experience with Pam Gossick. She is attentive to detail and communicates quickly with our every question. Pam works hard for her clients.Jan 4, 2016
Pam's amazing! She has a great eye, and really cares about helping you find the perfect home. We made an offer on a house the first day it hit the market, and we were accepted! Couldn't have done it without Pam.Jan 4, 2016

This is the second time Pam Gossick has helped me find a house. If I didn't have absolute trust in Pam I would not have approached her a second time. I place absolute trust in her. And from my life experiences, that says a lot. She is great.Jan 2, 2016

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? The standard commission in Residential real estate is 6% to the Sellers Agent. Depending on the needs of my client and if they are Selling and purchasing another home I am open to discounting a listing fee. Buyers Agency is rarely negotiated since the Seller is paying the listing Broker a portion of their commission to the Buyer Agent.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Buying a home can be very complex. I prefer to meet with a client first to be certain they understand the home transaction process whether they are buying or selling. The home buying process has changed so much in recent years. Lending laws changed drastically in October 2015 and it is so important to know up front how to be prepared.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have been a successful agent in the DFW area since 1997. Not one transaction is ever the same. I am still learning more everyday. As laws and contracts change I stay informed and educated. Realtors are required to complete continuing education every year.
