He came with a days notice on a Sunday morning! He was very knowledgeable about our saltwater pool equipment, and did a great cleaning. We will be replacing our current company cleaning service with him instead. Highly recommended!

Definitely disappointed with the lack of urgency expressed by the company which is one of the many reasons I had to give a 1 out of 5. Was hoping for better experience, but to not be. 1 remains justified therefore.
