I love the energy and spirit Kelly brings to her yoga practices. I have taken several different classes with Kelly. She has taught and encourages me in my own yoga practice How to stay in the present moment, thru the practice of yoga, and Meditation. Great yoga instructor!!🙏🏻
Was looking for personal instruction as I restarted my yoga practice and came across Khaleyah on Thumbtack. She was very quick to respond with a quote and we scheduled my session. She was on time and led me through my requested Vinyasa flow. With her training and experience with Yoga One she is very knowledgeable. On top of that she is extremely friendly! I ended up working with her for 4 sessions and would highly recommend her services.
Best trainers ever! Finally a service who dobth vetting for me. All trainers are handpicked, certified, insured and even background checked. They even come with basic equipment. The flexibility you get by choosing between different trainers at different times and locations is amazing. I am finally back into a workout routine😊.
Melissa was awesome! As a newcomer to yoga, I felt very comfortable and in tune with myself while indulging in her class. Melissa was very knowledgeable and aware of each person in her session making for a peaceful intimate environment. I would highly recommend Melissa as an instructor, as she has inspired me to appreciate yoga even more!
Leslie is one of the best yoga instructors in Houston. Expect excellent vinayasa and hatha experience and knowledge. Her sessions pull together movement, breath, spirituality, and philosophy. Her teaching style accommodates novice to intermediate students and challenges all both physically and mentally. Leslie has a warm and kind personality, so even someone who is returning to the world of yoga feels comfortable and at ease. Guided meditation during savasana is a key draw, and she is also a wealth of knowledge on yoga spirituality. Mix all this with some playful humor and witticisms for a fulfilling and enjoyable yoga experience. If music is important to your experience, I think she has great, emotionally enthralling playlists.
Paolo is an amazing martial arts teacher. He as instructed me in Sanshou and Xing Yi styles. He also demonstrates a mastery of Pai Lum Dao Kung Fu as well as styles of Tai Ji and Bagua. I have also experienced his Iron Body training first hand. He is a master of teaching the basics, which are essential to the mastery of every style. Paolo is a scholar as well as warrior and has a deep philosophic understanding of martial arts practice and theory. Whether your aim is to become a physical or spiritual warrior. Paolo is your teacher!
Charlee is very professional, personable, and a great Yoga teacher. She goes the extra mile to help me understand the correct postions and modifications. She also put together a tutorial book for me to refer when practicing. I recommend her highly and intend to continue working with her.
Janice has taught me so much about keeping the body moving and being active. She has motivated me to keep moving. She is professional in her teaching of the yoga students. Being patient with the older person is one of her many assets.
