Unfortunately, this poor woman did not actually clean my place. She couldn't clean the place because my movers had not finished moving the contents of my 2BR/1 BA apt in order for her to clean it. She bid me based on the house being empty. I am giving her 5 stars because of her follow-up and communication and her willingness to shuffle around her schedule to accommodate me. But my landlord had it cleaned by his cleaning company. Her price was excellent and I would recommend her to anyone who wants to deal with a good communicator who is on time and thorough

Crystal did an outstanding job at my property. She went above and beyond my expectations. She took over the cleaning of our house after the remodeling project was completed and she even set up the property and organized everything exactly the way I requested it for the photographer to take pictures. While my husband and I were out of state, we communicated with Crystal via cell phone and text messages and she even sent me some photos once she completed her work. She is a very hard worker who pays attention to details. Crystal offers a personal service, which I like very much since I didn't want to deal with a big cleaning company. She is bonded and registered with the County of Galveston and her prices are reasonable. I am very grateful and proud to have her as our housekeeper for our vacation rental business. I highly recommend Crystal for her experience, professionalism, excellent work, honesty, and reliability.

She was called after I had hired another company had been scheduled for deep cleaning, but had to decline the service as they had no one in the area to provide the service. I used my thumbtack to find someone quickly. I needed someone who could come into a historical home and make ready a house for a client move in. The house wasn't filthy, but the last few months of workers in and out of the house had left a layer of dust and other issues that needed a professional to help get this in shape. The work included all kitchen and bath cleaning, and to make ready for furniture delivery for one of my clients. This included total attention to floors, cleaning shades, surfaces, baths, kitchens and removing painter overspray as a problem. She agreed to return and help me after the painter returned to do more touch up and left a layer of dust all over the house for a nominal fee which was a great surprise. I was happy and have recommended her to others. I feel my client will be very happy to hire her for taking care of her house once she moves here permanently.

My typical process for working with a new customer is letting them know everything I'm gonna do for them for the price quoted. Also getting their email address so that I can email them a copy of my insurance . Always discuss the many payment options they have.

Yes I research many different aspects of cleaning businesses such as eco friendly ways to clean, advertising, small business owner business plans and goals to achieve.
