My name is Ben and I am currently a Division 1 athlete chasing the dream of being a professional. I have known Akshay for quite a while now and there is no one who is more willing to help you through whatever tasks you are striving to complete in the physical world. One of the greatest things about him is that he is never not interested in your training and is always excited to see his clients and help them get better at everything they do. It is genuine excitement and there is really no comparing the feeling when you know your trainer believes that you can do something even more than you believe it yourself. Specific to the training aspect, I play soccer and while I was going through the recruitment process, one of the things I was always told was that I wasn't the quickest or the fastest. I wasn't really slow per say, but I definitely needed to work on my acceleration and that is something that Akshay provided me with during my training with him. Another personal goal I had for myself was to get bigger in general and Akshay knew that, so we incorporated a lot of lifting into the workouts. Through the 2 months of training I did with him, I saw my acceleration, mobility, vertical, and strength improve drastically. I gained about 8 pounds as well and he is the one who basically told me what to eat and what to watch out for. After training with Akshay, I came to my preseason trainings for college and was always one of the first in my fitness tests. It was a real pleasure to work with Caveman Fitness and hopefully it may continue into my professional career.
Working out with Tony has been one of my best decisions. His approach is the correct one, not just jumping into lifting weights but making sure the whole body is trained. I feel better and look better than I have in years.
Brice is a BAD ASS trainer!! I've worked with two previous trainers but was looking for someone to take me to a new fitness level of being faster and stronger. I found that in Brice! He understands what it takes to be an endurance athlete and the importance of staying injury-free. No two sessions are ever the same and I walk out feeling spent but invigorated. I'm looking forward to some good races this year!
Donovan is an excellent trainer! I have only been training with him for a couple of weeks and I am already seeing improvements in my strength and endurance. His sessions are fun and easy-going, but challenging at the same time. He pushes me just the right amount, so that I am working hard but not overexerting myself. The fitness plan he made for me is specifically tailored to my own personal goals. Being a busy grad student, I appreciate the fact that he brings the workouts to me and he is very flexible with scheduling. He also has the most competitive prices of any trainer I've seen. I highly recommend him!
We took a 2+ month long crossfit bootcamp with Brian in Houston. I just turned 50 this year so I was slightly apprehensive about the intensive workout. However, he "tailor-made" my segments to "push" me but not over-do it. He was very knowledgeable; motivating and patient! He also allowed it to be fun as well. Many times we laughed as hard as we worked out. I felt like it really reignited my love for working out and jump-started me back into an overall healthier lifestyle. I'm not going to be a body-builder or a marathon runner. I just wanted to tone up this 50 year old body and feel healthy. I'm well on my way; and although I'm not working out with him currently, I am working out regularly and feel like I have him to thank for it!
Michelle is a great trainer!! She pushes you whenever you feel like you can't go on! That's what a trainer is... A motivator. She rocks!
Both of my high school daughters have experienced quite a transformation. As year round soccer players, I/we didn't know what to expect as far as results. Kyle's workouts have made both girls quicker, stronger, more explosive and agile. He's surpassed any expectations as their trainer. Both girls look forward to each session & really have a great working relationship with him. He's interested in them as overall athletes, not just the time they put in at the facility.
Jenny is an amazing trainer! I have been training with her for just over 1 year...beginning with a personal assessment, she trains you based on your fitness level and makes sure your form is on point. She is super friendly, but tough when you need her to be....she knows when you're ready for the next level. Super knowledgeable....her workouts are always challenging and motivating. Get ready to sweat and get results!!!

Over the past 12 years, I've used 5 different trainers in 3 different cities. Over those years, my goals have ranged from bulking up to leaning down, including preparing for competition. Brice is the only trainer I've had in the past 6 years because of his knowledge of working out, diet, and supplements, and for his discipline and motivation. I can recommend him without reservation.

She is hilarious! And she has no idea. I've had some other trainers that I could not keep going back to over and over cause they were so boring. Melissa personalizes my workouts for me. I told her that I do not want to work on machines. Other trainers have told me that weight machines were the only training they could do for me. But Melissa gives me lots of floor training where I have to jump and squat and throw etc. I did not mind the few times we did machine work because she is good about balancing it with the other things I really want. I've always been a fat and lazy overeating couch potato. Sometimes I'm still lazy and eat too much. But if I miss a couple sessions at the gym now, I miss it! I didn't miss my previous trainers. Melissa is so likable. People everywhere have noticed the weight I've lost. Coworkers, friends, family, everyone. The best part is that I'm not just losing fat but also gaining muscle. Which means that even though right now I weigh a little more than I did in high school, I'm thinner than I was then. Melissa has a device that tracks body fat percentage. I'm so much stronger than I was just months ago. Training is HARD no matter who you do it with. You'll curse at your trainer and wake up with screaming muscles if she's doing her job right. The difference is that with her good humor and personalized attention, Melissa is the only trainer I've been able to stick with.
Great husband and wife personal trainers in Houston. They are attentive and come up with customized workout plans. They are even there for support outside of your sessions. I am continuing to workout with them on meeting my goals

Get trainer! Wes not only knows his stuff for strength training & cardio, but he has a good methodology for working a nutritional plan too. After three months working with him, I've never been in better shape. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
