- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure all tradesmen are licensed by the State of Texas. Unlicensed techs aren't insured and/or bonded. You have no recourse to recoup your money if you're not satisfied if you use an unlicesed contractor. Additionally, you have the right to request a Certificate of Insurance to ensure your job, no matter the size, will be covered in case something goes wrong. Word of mouth is the best reference for any contractor. Ask your friends and family who they've used to make sure you get a company that not only fits your needs, but also makes you comfortable with their service. When in doubt, check with the Better Business Bureau for an A+ Rating before you make your decision.
