• What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

  We have discounts available for repeat customers. We have affordable pricing. There is a $25 Cancelation fee if a customer cancels an appointment more than once ( must have at least 24hr notice). $50 Cancelation fee if the customer cancels less than 24 hrs before the scheduled booking.

• What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

  Initial consultation and estimate. Walk-thru then final pricing.

• What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

  Years of experience in business management. Multiple Make-Ready projects and tons of cleaning projects.
