I called during a very busy time of year when it was difficult to get anyone to get the job done I needed in such a short time. Springview Landscaping was able to send someone out who was able to do what I needed done and also cut my yard and place sod and rock like I needed it.

For future reference always ask for an estimate on paper/email, so there is no confusion at the end of the project. I didn’t so my bad… When I ask if there was any soil amendments that was needed before install he said he tested the soil and the soil was ok. Not sure how he tested (he had a handheld instrument), so I trusted him on that aspect. Overall it looks good and he had to repair/replace a couple of sprinkler heads. The crew made sure everything was cleaned up before they left. Cross my fingers and hope that everything works out.
