Started with Melissa at the beginning of December. I have enjoyed her Pilates, Extreme Training, and yoga classes. She has a great energy about her and is very patient and let's you go at your own pace. I've had great results!
Kelly and her staff are very friendly. I've tried their Barre, Zumba and yoga classes. It's been an amazing experience. I love working out in the morning in this class and be done with it for the rest of day. They do fantastic job with correcting your poses and giving you tips. I do recommend this class to anyone.
Jamie not only is an excellent yoga instructor but person, which rolls so well into her yoga practices and classes! She is amazing and a blessing!!! She is so calm, gentle, and in touch with you as a person and herself. She is very observant of what is going on with you in class and otherwise. Her knowledge of poses and creation of meditations and soft accompanying music is incredible.
I have loved my time taking yoga with Atali as my instructor. One of my major goals for the new year was to improve and develop my yoga practice. I had taken a few courses here and there but found it difficult to fully focus on the practice because I felt self conscious about my ability. I was recommended by a friend to attend one of Atali's classes, and have continued to attend ever since. Atali made me feel comfortable embracing the journey and accept that where my practice is today is a necessary step for the growth that is to come. Her love for the practice is expressed through her positive and uplifting approach to teaching, while she is compassionate for where you are in your practice she also encourages and guides you to move beyond your comfort zones. I would highly recommend anyone desiring to incorporate a yoga practice into their lives to seek out Atali. She is an inspiring and vibrant person and is passionate about helping others.
I've been going to Angie's studio for group classes and private lessons for almost a year now. She is terrific! The workouts are challenging and fun, and never the same twice...a perfect recipe for success. Angie genuinely cares about her clients, and tailors the lesson or class to your fitness level - I highly recommend her!
Mallory is a great Yoga instructor and takes time to make sure your experience is what you were expecting from start to finish. I would highly recommend her to anyone, novice or advanced.
Trey is an excellent yoga instructor. He's mindful of all students' aptitudes and inclusive of all students in a mixed-ability class. And unlike many instructors, he provides correction to poses, making sure that you're doing the pose correctly, for maximum benefit and with no harm to yourself. He's a good-natured person, easy-going and approachable. I recommend him highly.
Vanessa is a compassionate, patient, and overall amazing person who exposed me to yoga in a meaningful way. I cannot stress just how cool and real this young woman is - Besides her character, she knew after one session what sort of yoga style to switch me to and it helped me immensely. She is an expert in all style s of yoga but she doesn't act like a yoga snob. She is also all about the person in front of her - she is so unselfish and so dialed in to what you are doing. She models the positions alongside you and gently corrects - she also begins and ends the sessions with deep things and I feel wiser and stronger because of my times with her. Her little yoga studio under her apartment is perfect for escaping the world - Everything was amazing - I'm telling you: "Forget yoga classes and forget any other private yoga instructor - You will not find a better human, yoga guru, or mentor than Vanessa Zamora."
I've been to so many yoga classes I forgot how much there still is to add to my practice; Shayla's class managed to introduce new poses and variations that were beyond helpful to my intentions. I left feeling like a reborn yogi with a new sense of confidence and excitement.
The cardio/yoga class is great. It is a comfortable setting and everyone is welcome no matter their work out level. I enjoy the instructors insight and knowledge. She takes time to meet each students needs. I highly recommend her services!

Melissa was been not only a great instructor but a great friend! She helped me get in shape for my wedding and to gain confidence and strength I never had before. She pushes me but is understanding of my weaknesses and limits and is able to push those boundaries without compromising safety or risk of injury. I trust her completely with my body!

I signed up for private sessions with Nancy, and it was an awesome experience. Nancy was very attentive and listened to my needs, but she also advised the best steps for me to meet my goals. I can tell a huge difference from when I first started to now. I can't wait attend more of her yoga sessions soon!

Jami has impressed me since I have been going to Yoga Jax studio for the last couple of months. She has led me in both flow yoga and meditation in hour long private and group classes. She is personal - not just leading, but pulling the best out of me. She leads by both verbal instructions and doing the poses along side me. I never feel pandered to or looked down upon. Actually, quite the opposite - I feel like I don't need to be "better" before I go to her classes - I can just come as I am with no judgment from her. She is focused on we students the whole time class is in session. (Doesn't seem like her mind is wandering away from us.) Last but not least, I like her smile and love her passion. In an age of chain stores, It is good to experience good-old-fashioned customer service given by someone who clearly has a passion for her profession.
Stephanie is an amazing instructor. For not having any yoga experience private lessons were a must for me. She carefully led me through different poses and taught me correct form and technique throughout the whole class. I have been extremely active my whole life and have never worked up a sweat like I did in her class! Absolutely amazing!
