Fred arrived almost immediately after finishing another job, initially just to examine because he did not carry the tools he thought he needed. However, he gave it a try and was creative and determined to complete the job because he understood it was important for me. To my great surprise and satisfaction he was able to do it, including the removal of a stuck steel screw stuck into the ceiling which I tried for a full day to extract without success. Fred was professional, determined and imaginative. He charged a fair and competitive price. I highly recommend him.

Top notch service. Fred completed more than just installing a ceiling fan. He hung a TV on a brick wall, repaired our sprinkler system, installed a nest thermostat, and fixed our washing machine. I will hire Fred again anytime we need something done.
