Bob was incredibly thorough inspecting our prospective home. He checked out things I didn't even know we're possible to check out (wrong type of tubing coming from the water heater, clogged dryer vent pipe on top of the roof, glass type in upstairs bathroom windows doesn't meet current building standards, etc). Later that day, he emailed me a lengthy and detailed (complete with pics) report of everything he had assessed and found. He was personable and respectful. I had a lot of questions for him at the end, and I didn't feel rushed in the slightest. We hired him on recommendation from a good friend who used him a month ago; I would absolutely recommend him myself now too, without reservation.

We noticed mold in our ceiling, and had no idea how big of an issue we had on our hands. John came by for a free consultation, and gave us tons of advice. He actually walked us through the steps we'd take if we chose to do it ourselves, and was very friendly and helpful. We ended up attempting the project ourselves, with the idea to call John if things got out of hand. We were lucky that it turned out to be a very small leak, so we were able to handle things on our own, but his advice really helped! If we have an issue in the future, we will certainly give him a call.

They came out and hung new sheetrock over some areas that had been damaged, also removed some popcorn. They have floated the wall and have done a great job, I was able to get them to do this work the same day, by luck of course. It took about three men and about 5 hours. They are coming back tomorrow to texture, and I am very pleased with the overall job.
