- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price our work per drop. We have experienced a lot of our customers adding more drops. This model makes it easy for our customer to budget thus making it easy for our customer to add or subtract drops as needed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we will have to do a walk through to layout a solid plan based off what our clients needs are. After that, depending on the size of the project, we can have a quote sent to the client within 3 days. We ask our clients to respond within 24 hours of receiving the quote that way if any modifications need to be made, we can return it in a timley manner. Once the final quote and/ or modifications have been made we can typically start working on the project well within a week, depending on the size of the project.

We have a combination of technical certifications. Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate COMPTIA certified: Network + BISCI certified: INSTC Copper, INSTF Fiber Optics
