I had a one-week turnaround to complete repairs for my house. After calling several companies and reaching out on Thumbtack, Mandy from L4 Builders, Inc. was the only person who contacted me. Our hardwood floors were warped and the flooring specialist returned the wood to flat and once again beautiful. The se guys performed a miracle with the new stain and shine. They also painted 2 bedrooms , living area and kitchen. This 70 year old house has just been rejuvenated. You will not regret using L4.

The people who fixed it before cheaper out the boards sagged and it looked like hell but in 1 day for 600 less than some other schmuck quoted me they made that balcony look brand new. It's uncanny. They were fast, friendly, and so professional. 10/10

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is competitive and we give a portion of our profits to free home modifications and repairs for veteran homeowners. We also work with the VA for funding for adaptive housing for disabled Veterans.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once initial contact is made we will schedule a time to come and take a look at the project and gather all necessary information to get an estimate together. Once the project and price is agreed upon the project will be placed on the schedule to begin on an agreed upon date.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We use licensed professionals for all of our skilled trades. We also have more than 30 years experience in carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, Roofing and many other construction related areas.
