Pearl Street Station

Introduction: Pearl Street Station is a Cajun and BBQ Eatery located one block west of Granbury's Historic Square. We also offer full service catering for which we do all types of food. We specialize in parties with a theme -- Cajun, Caribbean, Mexican and Western Style BBQs complete with gunslingers. We can even provide a complete Western-style shotgun wedding cast -- minister, ushers, a marshal to "escort" the groom to the alter or a scorned dance hall lady. We also do Western-theme wedding and groom cakes. At Pearl Street Station, we love to throw a party and we are good at it! Our staff knows how to make your event an affair to remember. We can do all the work from beginning to end, allowing you to be free with your guests, or we can simply deliver the food to you. Our prices and overall value are without comparison.
