Kris is literally the best Trainer I've ever had! I love his training style. We used to do a variety of different types of training. We would do HITT workouts, lift weights and my personal favorite- boxing! I wanted to lose some weight and build muscle and these were the exact workouts I needed! Not only is he a great Trainer but he is super knowledgeable as well. You can tell he's been doing this for a while. I definitely recommend him, you won't be disappointed!!!!

The limitless fitness studio is the most comfortable gym environment I have been in. The training is great and I feel closer to my fitness goals every time I leave. Sharif is a knowledgeable trainer who knows his stuff! I just completed my second week of training with him. He spent time with me in the beginning and we discussed my goals and he put me through a fitness assessment to see where I was that physically. The workouts are customized for and my goals. He put me on a very sensible eating program and surprisingly I'm not hungry and have managed to make it through my nightly snack attacks without falling off the wagon. The workouts are tough but doable and he is very encouraging with getting you through the exercise. I am so happy to have found him. If you hire Sharif you will not be disappointed!
I have experience in nutrition and fitness, but Kay challenged me greatly. He taught me moves that I never thought of, and he consistently asked me if they were challenging enough, so he valued my input. I began my weight loss journey just right thanks to him!
My experience has been excellent! The workouts that I signed up for are one hour each and the combination of upper and lower body exercises have given me greater definition as well as muscle tone within a shorter amount of time. It is the first time that I have hired a trainer and truly seen results. Each workout is custom to my needs and at a pace that I feel comfortable. Definitely worth the time and investment!
Mr. Garcia is an excellent teacher who has extensive experience in both the practice and teaching aspects of martial arts. My experience in working with him is that he truly wishes for the best in his students and is exceptionally good at detailing lessons to a students' needs. If you have a love of martial arts you'll never find a more enthusiastic and able instructor.
My work stands out because I have a structured program design that tailors to the client's needs. Each client has a different program design that I follow with weekly progressions. Im very attentative as well and personable, professional and keep the client laughing and on a rollercoaster of workouts.
Working out and eating properly are not rocket science, most people have a basic understanding of how these things work. My background in coaching and management have given me a knowledge of how to help people change their behavior, and that is the real challenge in a lifestyle change. Learning how to work out is easy, learning how to have discipline and drive are difficult.
