Kelly and her staff are very friendly. I've tried their Barre, Zumba and yoga classes. It's been an amazing experience. I love working out in the morning in this class and be done with it for the rest of day. They do fantastic job with correcting your poses and giving you tips. I do recommend this class to anyone.

Kirsten conducted Yoga classes for the kids on our street during the summer. She made the classes so much fun, that the kids loved Yoga and looked forward to her classes. She also taught the adults and we loved it. She is always on time, cheerful, knows what she is doing and answers question patiently. We r looking forward to another summer of Yoga.

    I had the privilege of taking yoga classes from Jamie for several years at my church. Every single session with her was planned and thought out carefully, and yet she was always receptive to the needs of the class and would change things up to reflect what we needed. She always had soothing music, and an encouraging and usually biblical message as an added bonus for reflection and added peacefulness. I always left her class feeling calm and relaxed, as if I had had a massage. She's the best!

    I like JuJu, he has a good sense of humor but still knows when to be serious, he has helped me learn how to do the breath of fire; how to separate myself from my thoughts; how to eat properly for health and how to make my back stop hurting! I recommend you try one of his yoga classes in Arlington 24 hour fitness

    Charlie is Fort Worth's best-hidden gem! I originally met Charlie during at his massage school clinic about 3 years ago. After that first massage I was hooked. Since then he has also become a yoga instructor which I love. The weekly massage and yoga session have really helped with my back pain and I feel less stressed out all the time! I would definitely recommend Charlie and in fact, I have to many of my friends and family!

    Yoga with Yael VanGruber is an irreplaceable part of my life. Since my first class 5+ years ago I have enjoyed working with this terrific woman and the benefits to my health and well-being are evident. Before I met Yael and sometimes when I have to travel extensively I have taken yoga elsewhere and the difference in her approach, the beautiful serenity of her studio and her competence are far superior to anything else I have seen.

    I have attended a number of Amanda's group yoga classes, as well as arranged a couple private lessons for times when I was experiencing lower back pains. She was able to work with the pain I was experiencing and show me some very helpful stretches and postures that helped to relieve the pain as well as protect myself from repeated injuries. She is a caring and knowledgable instructor who I would recommend highly!

    I have taken yoga classes on and off for more than a decade. I have taken classes with Trey for about six months. There are so many things I love about Trey's classes: 1) Trey actually knows what he is doing. He is a GOOD yoga teacher. You would think that would be basic but I have had far more bad teachers than good. 2) Trey is very supportive and patient. We all have good days and challenging days. Whatever kind of yoga day I am having, Trey is encouraging and reminds me that tomorrow will be another day. 3) Trey is not one of those teachers whose goal seems to be to whip students through as many poses as possible in an hour. He takes the time in each posture to help us understand the end goal, adjust us, help us deepen our practice, and make the micro-adjustments that create progress. 4) Trey is also great at gearing the class to the level of his students, giving "advancements" to more experienced students when we have new students in the class. I actually had a yoga teacher try to teach full headstands in a Level 2 class. I appreciate Trey because it's great to stretch yourself (pun not intended) but it's stupid, and a great way to injure yourself, to do things you simply aren't ready for. 5) It is Trey's commitment to true yoga practice that has caused tremendous improvement in my yoga practice. I have seen improvement in balance, strength, and flexibility. This started happening after just six weeks. Trey has also been great in suggesting things for home practice. 6) A bonus, Trey is fun and funny. He doesn't take it too seriously. He makes an effort to get to know his students. He remembers where we started, so he points out milestones. "Hey, I remember when you couldn't X and look at you now!" So, YES! Go take a class with Trey Albright. namaste, gretchen

    ~ STACY IS AWESOME!! Very sweet.... Quiet. Supportive. Kind. She brought AWESOME music& oil& everything we needed to just chill& do our thing. The chair yoga was great!! I was a little sore the next day, but that's ok..... &I was much calmer after doing meditation :) Over-all a PERFECT session!! Would HIGHLY recommend Stacy :)

    Jami has impressed me since I have been going to Yoga Jax studio for the last couple of months. She has led me in both flow yoga and meditation in hour long private and group classes. She is personal - not just leading, but pulling the best out of me. She leads by both verbal instructions and doing the poses along side me. I never feel pandered to or looked down upon. Actually, quite the opposite - I feel like I don't need to be "better" before I go to her classes - I can just come as I am with no judgment from her. She is focused on we students the whole time class is in session. (Doesn't seem like her mind is wandering away from us.) Last but not least, I like her smile and love her passion. In an age of chain stores, It is good to experience good-old-fashioned customer service given by someone who clearly has a passion for her profession.
