I am currently training for an International Physique League competition. I have been training with different trainers since Dec 2016.I have switched trainers so many times I lost count. I was having a very hard time finding the right trainer to get me ready for stage; until I met Zak. Meeting Zak was a prayer answered. I was on the verge of giving up my dreams of competing. Since I started training with Zak my muscle strength and definition has improved a great deal. All the compliments I have been getting from my friends and coworkers are prove. Zak had me squatting bars I never though I would be able to. He has turned my "i can't" to, "look what I just did",Zak has taken personal interest in getting me stage ready. He gives me workouts to practice on days that am not training with him, and follows up to see that I am on track. He also checks to see that I stay on track with my meals. His rates are much better than all the other trainers (I had trained with); and yet he seems to know more than all the other trainers I had worked with. I cannot thank Zak enough, in him I have gained a friend to walk with me as I pursue my dream of competing. I would recommend Zak to anyone looking for a trainer. You will definitely not regret it.This will be worth your time and money. Zachary ROCKS!!!!!!
Without hesitation, I can say that Adam is a huge part of why my partner and I lost over 100 pounds combined and saw so much more potential in our strength and fitness than we ever thought possible. When I was first looking for a trainer almost 3 years ago, I had a lot of questions about how and even if it would work out. Adam was a rare find among trainers: creative in his workouts, can push you without being overly energized or aggressive, supportive, and (important for me) funny. Adam really knows his clients, takes time to figure out their goals and how best to get them there, and makes workouts fun and interesting. In short, Adam is an amazing trainer. If he were still in California, my partner and I would still be working with him today. Now, he is there for all of you in the greater Dallas area and I can say working with him is 150% worth your money and time!
Marvin is an excellent trainer. He listens to what your goals are and focuses the routines workouts around them. Also, Marvin has always been extremely flexible with workout times and changes. I would highly recommended him to anyone looking for a trainer no matter your fitness level!!!
Wes Baker is wonderful! I started with him after watching him work with his clients for s few months. Not only does he know what he is doing, but when he is with you, he is laser-focused on you. I have been working with Wes two times a week for several months now. I feel great and even other trainers come up to me and comment on how much my body has changed. Cool! Thanks Wes! I do not have enough nice things to say about CG. Working out doesn't seem like a chore when it comes to CG. I love going everyday and have found a new love for working out like I did in high school. I have seen more results working out at CG since October than I ever have working out at a gym. I love the trainers, the people I workout with, and especially the workout! This is a group that truly cares about your goals and will keep you accountable! This has truly changed my lifestyle for the better. Enough to make me want to change my major lol... Proud to be a Gladiator!!
Getting ready for my first Men's Physique Competition!! I began working with Chris for my NPC competition. Chris assisted me with my meal prepping and provided guidance for workouts which gave me the confidence needed to be able to step on stage. With his background in physical training, he help guide me through that journey. It was not easy especially when it came to dieting, but with his support I was able to go through 7 weeks of prepping. If you want to take your fitness to the next level, Gigi will get you there, guaranteed - she is awesome! I always considered myself to be in decent shape but wanted to get in tip top condition for a film I was cast in but only had 6 weeks to do it. After consulting with Gigi, she tailored a specific workout and nutrition plan for me and the results exceeded even my high expectations. Don't get me wrong, it was hard work and sacrifice to stay on the nutrition plan (and I found out I was not nearly as in shape nor did I eat as healthy as I previously thought I did) but Gigi made it easy in that she laid it all out for me - meal by meal, exercise by exercise - so I could achieve my goal. All I had to do was follow the plan. Mid-way through the program, she made specific adjustments based on my gains and areas I felt were lagging. Put your trust in Gigi and you will not be disappointed. She is so knowledgeable and experienced cause she's done all the trial and error herself in her career as a fitness competitor and trainer. Got to YouTube to see some of her training videos and you'll be impressed with her creativity and work ethic. Gigi is a great motivator as well. All you need to do is take one look at her to be motivated. Her physique is amazing and it's obvious this girl works and knows what she's doing. She's originally from the East Coast so she has a little bit of that NYC sass (in a good way) that she uses in a very cute way to get you going. Example: I texted her one day asking for suggestions on how to take the apple cider vinegar every morning cause I couldn't stand the taste. Gigi replied with a couple different ideas and ended with "but why bother just take it like a champ." Oooooh! Needless to say, I slam it straight up like a shot every day now, lol. I should also mention that this was all done online and via email, text or phone. Gigi always got right back to me even though we were working with a 5 hour time difference. She even went so far as to be available at 10:30 p.m. her time to talk to me to accommodate my schedule. I can't recommend Gigi highly enough. It's not an overstatement to say she changed my life. I received lots of compliments on my physique shooting the film which led to another film opportunity for me. I am eating clean and feel great and am as fit as I have ever been. After a couple days off the plan, I can't wait to get back on it as Gigi has made it become a way of life for me. Thank you Gigi!

One of the scariest moments of my life was walking into the crossfit box for the first time. Cortney was the first person I encountered and my love of crossfit started that night. She is an amazing coach, never gets frustrated with my endless questions and has the ability to push me because she has always known that I can do more than I think I can. I have great results since I started 7 months ago, not only losing 30 pounds so far, but gaining so much confidence and am now getting ready to compete in my first competition. I attribute this to Cortneys dedication to making sure each person gets exactly what they need from her. Ben is a awesome coach! He is very knowledgeable about exercises as well as diets. Also he has passion for his clients. Larry is a excellent trainer and very knowledgeable about musculature and interrelated anatomical systems. He customizes your workout according to your particular goals and abilities (factoring in injuries with a plan for improvement). I've been working out with Larry for 7 years and am very pleased and wouldn't feel so good without his contribution! I recommend Larry for his abilities, professionalism, consistency, and good humor. You can always count on him.
My experience with Ascend to Fit has been absolutely amazing. Pedro and Jenny work hours upon hours designing the perfect workout and nutrition plans. I am on the US Military Sports Endurance Team and because of their help, I am now on the elite team. I never thought this was possible but they made it happen. The best thing that sets them apart is the passion and personalization they stick into each plan, and I could see that in mine. I told Pedro exactly what I needed/wanted in terms of goals and he knew exactly what to do. They also helped me throughout the entire process with non-stop advice, improvements, and constant support. If i needed a video on a workout, I had it in minutes. These people are truly passionate about helping you reach your goals. I can promise you that you will obtain your goals through these guys. I starting training with Alan to help my running. While the focus was on lower body and core, Alan did a great job of mixing in upper body and speed workouts for endurance training. Make no mistake, you'll be sore IF YOU WORK as hard as Alan wants, but you will also get stronger quickly. He knows how to push you, which is what you want in a trainer, while mixing it up and not making it a chore.
Tom is the entire package. I'm a bikini competitor & he put together my meal & workout plans according to my body type & goals. He gives each client his undivided attention. He's just a super guy, coach & friend!! BTW, even though he's this muscular guy, he tied up his t-shirt, throws his hips & shows his bikini girls how to pose! You will be glad you made the choice in training with Tom!
I chose Craig LeBlanc to be my coach for my first ever NPC Classic Physique competition and he exceeded every expectation I had. After meeting him for the first time at Iron Pro Gym in Dallas it was very clear he not only had a tremendous amount of knowledge, but a wealth of experience as well. What is more is Craig possesses a natural motivating and competitive personality that's so contagious it will inspire anyone to conquer their fitness goals. He truly does believe in you. He cares enough about you that he's just as competitive in making you a winner as he is himself. That's what a real coach and leader does.

I have worked out with Tracy for a few years and she is a great trainer! She really works with each individual client to tailor the workout to their needs and she still pushes me to you to work hard. There are days I curse her but in the end it is worth it! I have worked with other trainers and they are all about making you do what they can do on day one which turned me off. She starts you where you are comfortable and adds on and before you know it, you are lifting weights like a boss! I highly recommend signing her on as your trainer!
