A+ The whole team was fantastic. We decided to seek help from a planner a week before the wedding because everything was getting too much for us. Paperie & Co came in and organized everything. They coordinated and chased venders, decorated beautifully, made sure the day went smoothly, tended to all the guests and cleaned up leaving us to enjoy our wonderful day. In hindsight we should have just hired them straight from the start. Very pleased with the service we received and would highly recommend.

I can not tell you enough great things about Tiffany, she was just amazing! First off she is extremely nice. She emailed or called back almost immediately every time. She was always ahead of the game and was very organized. She was very affordable compared to many other wedding planners we looked at but still went above and beyond. Courtney was my wedding planner and day of coordinator for my 2016 May wedding. She did such an amazing job in both roles. She is so knowledgeable about all the ins and outs of wedding planning, and she has such great connections with vendors. She went above and beyond in finding everything I wanted in a wedding: venue, photographer, cake, catering, etc. I was so happy to have her when I met with vendors because she knew all the right questions to ask. She made it so easy for me to decide on vendors because I was able to relax and just listen to the vendor while Courtney asked all the hard questions. She really helped fulfill the role of mother of the bride since my mom lives out of town and was unable to help me through the planning process. Courtney accompanied me to bridal shows, dress fittings, and catering tastings. She just made everything so much easier. On the day of the wedding I was on cloud 9 because I knew Courtney was going to take care of everything and I didn't have to worry. I was able to enjoy my wedding without becoming bridezilla. Courtney made my day so special and wonderful. I highly recommend her services to all brides.

There are not enough words to describe how amazing Kristen was. I'm not going to lie -- my husband fought me on hiring a wedding planner. He thought we did not need one and we shouldn't worry about it. However, immediately after the wedding, as we were driving away, he said, "The best investment we made for this wedding was Kristen." Kristen made our day unforgettable. Everybody warned me that I would not remember a detail about my wedding day because I would be so preoccupied before and during the wedding. Kristen made sure to take all of the responsibility and details of the wedding into her own hand. She organized parts of the wedding that my husband and I did not know existed in a wedding. She made sure we were fed, our drinks were full, and that we were having fun. I would hire Kristen a thousand times again. She dealt with my crazy attitude, with my family, and even kept my husband's groomsmen in check. If you hire Kristen, you will be getting your moneys worth. She is amazing and I highly recommend her services!

By all grace of god, we were blessed with our new home and they way we want to start , like the house warming , which is Preethi stood with us. Preethi is awesome!!!! We would have repented if we have not choosen her and went with others ‘?prk?????.......’ who are only money oriented and might be different. Preethi goes extra miles and demonstrate her imagination and her ideas by her work. She don’t waste money, material and anyone’s time which is very precious for all of us. Event arrangement and her work his her passion and dream , she will make us travel with her journey. I can keep going but don’t want to bore... Ask her for any photography or any events related she will guide us to right person!!! We are happy and lucky to have her and better half as our event planner and they become friends eventually. Lois is amazing and she saved our day. Our wedding planner canceled about a month before our wedding with no back up plan. I found Lois on Thumbtack and she got back to me instantly, was so put together, very nice, and punctual. Even with a very bad experience with my prior planner, I had no issue putting my wedding in Lois's hands and that was the best decision I made for the wedding. During the week of, Lois handled all of my vendors so I was stress free. She took all of my items for the wedding and had them organized on the day of and our wedding day was literally perfect with Lois's help. Not to mention she is so positive and cheery! Our guests loved her, my (picky) mother loved her, and we would recommend her to anyone.

For every bride who ever said to herself "I don't need a wedding planner" let me tell you "YOU ARE OUT OF YOUR MIND." These ladies should not be called wedding planners they should be called Fairy Godmothers because the work that they do goes above and beyond. First and foremost they are super organized which makes someone like me feel very at ease, there is nothing worse than a scatter-brain planner. They have so much experience and such an amazing positive attitude that planning our wedding was actually a fun experience. The day of the wedding we didn't have to worry about anything, we had an amazing time. I found Always n Forever via the Thumbtack process. I was very pleased with the quick response I received from Courtney and she contacted me to ensure that she understood the particular look that we needed for our floral package. Her quote was very detailed and her pricing was very reasonable compared to the other quotes I received. As it got closer to the wedding, we needed to make a few changes (additions) and Courtney was very flexible, which made life a lot easier for us! Courtney's team arrived at the venue earlier than expected (a good thing), and worked until everything was perfect. We had a slight wind that day and they had to be very careful with the ceremony arch so that it would not blow over. They waited to do the outdoor arrangements until the end so that they would remain intact for the ceremony. Everything turned out beautifully and I have received several comments on how nice the flowers looked. My daughter was very impressed and excited about her bouquet! The succulents turned out really well and the pictures were gorgeous! I would recommend Always N Forever for any future weddings for my friends and family!

We had the pleasure of working with Etheny over a seven month period in the planning of our son's wedding, rehearsal dinner, and reception and can highly recommend her without reservation. Her level of dedication and attention to detail was evident in the outstanding choice of venues and their staffs, the décor and catering and the photography. I was particularly impressed with the way she handled last minute ceremony changes that became necessary because of inclement weather. Her decisiveness and professionalism calmed all our nerves and made the day one we will remember with joy. We had a elegant affair in which our guests were lavishly entertained for far less than many of the quotes we had received ourselves. LOVED that all the details you forget when planning were a part of the program. I think the best part was managing all the emotional mind struggles. Like how to decide who to invite and not invite. When I was thinking about the whole process I was so overwhelmed. Wedding Planning Unzipped broke things down into do-able pieces. Especially the monetary portion of a wedding. WHOA! I'm not one to take out loans just for a wedding. I'd like to think of myself quite practical and for me this program aligned with my personal beliefs and views. Step by step, that was the main theme in all of this. It was helpful in that I had never planned a wedding before, to be honest I don't want to have to again. This was a great way to get what I wanted when not even having a clear vision of what I wanted. I wasn't one of those girls that planned my wedding out by the time I was 10yrs old. Yet I had an idea of being classy and elegant with simplicity. So reasonable and so worth it. Plus don't have to deal with everyone else's input!

We hired Janelle just a few days before the wedding and we were so happy that we did! Se did a custom pkg for us that ended up being perfecdt for us. She had a package for set up and clean up, and we did that but we also added a few separate services. She put together all of our centerpieces, picked up my dress and helped with some other crafts that I hadn't finished. Withoug hiring her, I don't know if I would have walked down the aisle with my hair done or not! I only wish that I had hired her sooner!

What should you ask a wedding coordinator?

  • Are you available on my wedding date? If the coordinator isn’t available on your big day, there’s no reason to continue the interview — unless you’re willing to shift your date to accommodate their schedule.
  • What’s average cost of most of your weddings? If the coordinator’s usual wedding is outside your range, they might not be the right coordinator for you. Do I need a wedding day coordinator?
