First of all, let me be straight forward. I am an insurance adjuster and deal with HVAC companies all day, every day from all 50 states. I get very frustrated with their dishonesty and selling people things that they don't need at a huge mark up. So when my AC went out, I was cautious and skeptical as who to trust. I am newer to Texas so I didn't know who to use. I used my Home Warranty Company and they sent Temp Pro Mechanical. I learned very quickly that I am with the wrong home warranty company (OneGuard) and that Temp Pro Mechanical has honest hard working staff. I am leaving my home warranty company over this as they were not honest and looked for reasons to deny my claim. They then "forgot" to put through my order and approval to Temp Pro Mechanical which delayed my AC replacement. I can see where people get frustrated with the HVAC company when they are using their home warranty company, but really, Temp Pro Mechanical is just the messenger. They do not have any control if your claim is denied or approved. If you are having problems, look at your home warranty company not Temp Pro Mechanical.Daniel the owner of Temp Pro is very kind and understanding of the stress you are in when your home is 82 degrees and you need work done asap. He is also very honest and upfront. There are no surprise charges in the end when the bill comes. The home warranty company had quoted me my out of pocket expenses incorrectly and Daniel made it right even though he was under no obligation to, he is just that honest. Impressive. Ana and Evette are the kind ladies in the office that are extremely efficient and will work for you to get everything ordered and taken care of. They sent Eric and Omar out who worked hard and stayed late to make sure everything was perfect. It was amazing how hard they worked in that hot attic for hours but somehow were still happy and pleasant to be around. I have very high standards for work being completed in my home but from now on, I will be calling Temp Pro Mechanical for all my HVAC needs. Please save yourself some stress & money and just call them. I wish as an insurance adjuster I dealt with more companies this honest. Thank you Temp Pro Mechanical, you are worth your weight in gold.
