FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I begin with an approved design before pricing for customers. Then prior to contract, I send the designs to the sub- contractors and get written prices to lock in the prices. This helps eliminate surprises that exist in our Industry abused by other companies that change the pricing after a contract is signed. Service and repairs are a straight forward pricing system with few surprises except like a mechanic taking a engine apart to see why it stopped.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Take the order and provide custom tailored options for their optimal satisfaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am personal friends with the owner of Riverbend/Sandler pools and while working there was part of a special Mater Pool Guild. Invitation into the guild is a selection process only for those who have the highest record of construction and quality. We must all agree to share our knowledge with other guild members and have meetings at each others facilities several times a year throughout the U.S.
