Tony was early to every appointment, went over the work in meticulous detail and handled everything with great professionalism. Genesis did a wonderful job on my in-laws' house, and made it sparkling for them to return to from an extended trip overseas. Tony even refused to charge me for one part of the cleaning, because it didn't meet his own high expectations. Great service with a smile!

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    I Really avoid standard pricing or blind biding. It is a major disservice to a potential customer. I ranther meet in person do a room by room walk through and give the best and most affordable price I can.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    We create a specific and individual work scope based on the customers needs and preferences. By going room by room with you; we can assess the conditions of your project. Conducting an initial walk through prevents any misunderstandings or confusion. Any company that gives customers a "blind bid" is doing a disservice to that new customer. Any new customer that does not have time to meet and interview the people who are actually going to have access to there home or property; are taking a tremendous risk. We will not take any job that I personally cannot do an in person estimate. There are a lot of shady companies and people out there. I will turn away any new customer that does not have the time for an in person estimate. All customers are entitled to "outstanding Service" we will provide that service.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    Residential: Our crew are trained in Deep cleaning, Recurring cleaning, One-time cleaning, Move-in/out cleaning or Specialize cleaning (carpets, cabinets, windows, blinds, Power washing or tile & grout). Commercial: Our crew are trained in Blood born pathogens, Airborne pathogens, Sanitizing, Disinfecting, and Germicide. • Highly skilled in vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, scrubbing and applying finishes on different flooring materials and stairs • Able to clean all fixtures and furniture safely • In-depth knowledge of modern cleaning equipment and chemicals • Adept at using chemicals in a safe manner • Able to operate janitorial equipment properly and safely • Comprehensive knowledge of restocking supplies in bathrooms, break rooms, and common areas • Substantial knowledge of dusting and cleaning office desks and furniture that are not cluttered • Well versed in inspecting premise and building
