Pam is unquestionably skilled in CPR training - and you will get what you signed up for. However, if you are sensitive to cigarette smoke, I would recommend against attending the class in her home.

Eric is the type of person that focuses on your. He has made the time to listen to what my goals are and is vested in helping me accomplish them. During training he ensures I stay focused and he makes himself available for support and questions outside of training sessions to help me achieve my goals. Eric is an individual with an enormous heart who constantly reminds me that I am capable of more than I think I am!

An Internet search for a CPR class led me to Thumbtack, Inc. so I thought to my self "self, give it a try". I kid you not, literally within 90 seconds I received 2 responses! Less than 24 hours later I had CPR card in hand! Thanks again Jesus. You're a life saver! I will definitely recommend.

I was provided a CPR recertification class. My instructor was very polite and informative. He really took the time to make sure I comprehended every aspect of helping to save someone's life. He taught me more things than my first CPR instructor ever did. I would recommend him anytime. I'm so glad I gave Thumbtack a chance!

If you want to learn CPR, this is THE firm to go to. Mayra is very well organized, knowledgeable and patient. My husband and I attended this training at our home and now we feel extremely confident about helping someone out in need of CPR. They are fully equipped with dummies and procedures. They will clarify any questions you have before moving to the next step. You will also get First Aid and AED instruction during the training. Nicely done Mayra, Mike and Thank You!

Mr. Greg Carver did an excellent job teaching me the Pediatric/Adult CPR/First Aid course. He knows this material inside out and makes it very easy to understand and retain. I'll definitely use him for future courses and renewals!

Jerry was prompt, professional and easy to talk with. He was very well versed in CPR/AED protocol and adept in teaching so that concepts were understood, not just parroted back. I'd hire him again in a minute!

My son and I took CPR First Aid training at the home of another father and son that took it with us for Boy Scout training. Jessie was on time and provided everything required for our training. He was very patient and knowledgeable with his instructions. This training was done on a Sunday afternoon so I was expecting it to be rushed. To my surprise it was a well paced class with an instructor who wanted to make sure we understood and got the most out of his training. Very well done and would recommend him to anyone looking for this type training.

About

Think Safe is unique from other training centers in that we know and understand all certifying major training organizations. Think Safe owns the First Voice product line and is a manufacturer and developer of software and hardware that brings technology to the world of emergency response. Products developed and sold by First Voice are intended to be used by the average lay rescuer, who is infrequently trained and may need coaching real-time during any emergency or want easier access to refresher training in order to be more prepared for emergencies. Thus, our technical experts at Think Safe include Certified Instructors, and healthcare professionals that have over 150 years experience in pre-hospital emergency care and know the protocols and curriculum and teaching methods and mechanisms of all the major certifying agencies. At the end of all of our certified training sessions, students receive a 1 year to 3 year certification. Also, all students must perform a training drill at the end of class that is pertinent to their workplace protocols to include scene safety, the assessment of any victim(s), initiating the emergency action plan, calling 911 and other emergency notification numbers, starting compressions, getting others to help and switching compressor roles, performing breaths when using proper rescue breathing barriers, clearing the scene, proper record keeping procedures and intake forms, EMS flaggers, first aid treatment procedures, and more…. Our training center and trainers utilize the best technology and tools available when performing CPR training courses. Tools utilized include American Heart Association (AHA) compliant cognitive feedback devices such as Prestan CPR feedback manikins or The Loop CPR gaming platform. Students receive access to online manuals and refresher training anytime including course handouts and skills review handouts. Our training center portal for students that have taken our courses also includes training drills and training scenarios for ongoing responder team use during future practice sessions.
