professionalism was shown at initial meeting. all except he brought his 11 year old son w/ him. fine. it was Summer. but, he brought his son back to my house to help him do the job. wow. this kid was on a wet saw IN MY GARAGE cutting tile. what is a customer to do then? I asked for a mosaic design, and the way these guys decided to break my tile was give the 11 year old kid a hammer and allow him to smash my tile. consequently, i ended up w/ a bunch of scraped glass tile ALL OVER my kitchen counters. when i pointed out the flaws, an employee exclaimed, "know what we call that? character!" ...well, i call it something else. these guys grouted my electrical plugs into my kitchen backspash, such that i cannot remove the electrical plugs w/out damaging my counter. They never finished my kitchen, because the hidden sides of counter top behind the refrigerator are not tiled. when i pointed this out, a The Tile Man employee said, 'we never do the edges of a tile job". I ordered my bathroom sinks and The Tile Man said that they needed was the dimensions of the sink, which i provided. The hole was not proper size to accept the sink. I had to call these guys back. they couldn't get to me until over a week later. Their mistake, my burden. I had the tile laid out for my master bathroom in the color scheme i wanted. The Tile Man, Brad, specifically, removed my color scheme, looked at me and said, "i saw what you chose for the master, i like it. it's real classy". so, i trusted that he understood what i wanted. He was wrong about what i wanted. I didn't push piont since by this time i simply wanted them out of my house! By the time i got to the master bath, they were half way thru the job. I have since ripped up the master bath and hired a separate tile man to come fix the mess. I cannot rip up the tile in my kitchen, but if i could, i would. there are scraped and damaged tiles scattered throughout the entire kitchen counter. it is a disaster zone. when the guy came to fix the hole for the guest bath, since the hole was improperly cut, he used MY sander and sanded the edges of the sink hole. catastrophic mess left behind. their mistake - my burden. lastly, this man, The Tile Man's Company walked off w/ one of my extension cords that they "borrowed" for my job. I sent a text to The Tile Man and he said that he wondered where the extra extension cord came from, and assured me it would be returned that week. I received my extension cord TWO MONTHS later. When I sent a text at about 7 weeks after not receiving my personal property from these ppl, I sent a text to Brad again. This is where he told me he has never seen my extension cord. At this time i forwarded the text he sent me admitting that he had it. Yeah. So, this guy is dishonest to a FAULT. I will never recommend this company to anyone. I am deeply dissatisfied w/ the results of The Tile Man, Grapevine's work.

Our goal is to focus on excellent customer satisfaction, however, understand negative situations can occur, which are beyond our control. We are doing everything we can to rectify the situation. Brad tiled my shower floor to ceiling and did a magnificent job. I loved his work so much that he has also done several jobs for family members of mine. He is a joy to work with, you wont regret it.

Brad truly is The Tile Man and so much more. He helped turn our outdated master bath into our dream and it's stunning. He and his crew were friendly and listened to what I wanted. When the job was done they cleaned up. Will definitely hire again.
