John had a great attitude and was clearly informed. Had a good and great window for sale. I went with good and feel it was even better than advertised. Spent the time before the appointment emailing me ideas and third party general info about windows. Very little shamwow, listened more than he talked. Spent half as much as I had budgeted and will use the rest to get a small bath remodelled which he also will provide. A very good company to work with from my first phone call.
