FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is no one size fits all when it comes to web design projects or digital marketing projects. For web design - There are many moving parts involved in web design that will affect the final pricing for each project. The three biggest price movers are - 1. Content of the website - do you have your own content or are we creating content for you? 2. Website structure - Theme based or custom design 3. Type of website - Informational, a landing page, e-commerce, corporate, sales funnel, etc. Having said that, we are very reasonable in what we charge because we are a small business too just like you. Our standard web design services start from $997 For Digital Marketing Services - we charge you to set up the services and manage them on an ongoing basis. However, the biggest part of the cost is what you pay to the platform operators to advertise on their platform. So this will depend on how aggressive you want to go with your programs. After our discovery call, we will be able to let you know what your cost outlay is going to be. Generally, our digital marketing services start from $597
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I want to connect with the customer and gauge if we can be a good fit for each other. I typically like to meet with the customer either virtually through the Zoom meeting platform, or if you are local, I meet physically. I believe it is very important to connect with you and understand the "why" of your project. I believe every project has a story and I want to be able to understand that story so I can propose a solution that fits your exact needs. I will not typically through any pricing at you until I speak with you. This discovery call, in my opinion, is the most important part of my process. After we had a chance to speak, and I understand your project, then I will provide you with a written estimate that will explain everything that I will do for you with included timeline. When you accept my proposal, I will typically split the project cost into 2 or 3 payments (depending on how big your project is). 1st payment is due during our onboarding call - Typically 50% of the total cost 2nd payment is due during the midpoint of the project - after I have completed my agreed deliverables - typically 25% of the project cost, and 3rd and final payment is due just before the project launch - typically 25% of the project cost
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an active learner. Technology changes by the seconds. In other to stay competitive and serve my customers well, I have to be on the cutting edge of technology. That means, I have to be learning about all the changes in technology so I can better serve my customers. The strategy that was true yesterday, may not be true and effective today. To accomplish this, I do the following: I have an active subscription to an online learning platform at any point in time - that gives me access to the industry-leading training and technology - Information Technology University Online, Udemy, LinkedIn Learning, Coursera, etc I believe in the power of mastermind - the most successful people in life do have a mentor (even Tony Robbins has one), so I invest in myself and join industry-related mastermind groups. I buy courses (some of them cost - thousands of $$) that I believe will add value to what I do and offer to my clients. Finally, I have a master's degree in information technology management from one of the most prestigious universities in the world - The Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland.
