Kirsten has been such a blessing to me in so many ways. I'm new to yoga and decided to pursue it to relieve stress but it has had such a more meaningful impact on me than I ever would have imagine. Kirsten's instruction is patient, encouraging, and spiritual. The perfect combination for a beginner. I am always in a better place after our sessions and miss her when I'm unable to meet. I would highly recommend her to anyone! Just adore her!
Jamie not only is an excellent yoga instructor but person, which rolls so well into her yoga practices and classes! She is amazing and a blessing!!! She is so calm, gentle, and in touch with you as a person and herself. She is very observant of what is going on with you in class and otherwise. Her knowledge of poses and creation of meditations and soft accompanying music is incredible.
Yoga I love Atali yoga teaching classes. She is my favorite teacher and the best thus far in my 30+ years of practice Her flow is very well balanced and her directions are Precise and concise. You can flow with your eyes closed and listen to her harmonious voice. She instills a sense of peace during the flow which makes you feel refreshed. Her flow is chalenging but She offers modifications and she is hands on if you wish to be corrected . She demonstrates the poses as well. Namaste
I love going to yoga with Mallory! As a beginner of yoga, I have never felt embarrassed or awkward while practicing. Mallory creates a relaxing and rewarding experience. She also implements lessons and real world feelings into her classes. I have even been able to take what I have learned from her and apply it to my daily life, such as using breathing techniques or stretches when I feel stressed. I would absolutely recommend attending. After one class, you will want to keep going back!
I have taken yoga classes on and off for more than a decade. I have taken classes with Trey for about six months. There are so many things I love about Trey's classes: 1) Trey actually knows what he is doing. He is a GOOD yoga teacher. You would think that would be basic but I have had far more bad teachers than good. 2) Trey is very supportive and patient. We all have good days and challenging days. Whatever kind of yoga day I am having, Trey is encouraging and reminds me that tomorrow will be another day. 3) Trey is not one of those teachers whose goal seems to be to whip students through as many poses as possible in an hour. He takes the time in each posture to help us understand the end goal, adjust us, help us deepen our practice, and make the micro-adjustments that create progress. 4) Trey is also great at gearing the class to the level of his students, giving "advancements" to more experienced students when we have new students in the class. I actually had a yoga teacher try to teach full headstands in a Level 2 class. I appreciate Trey because it's great to stretch yourself (pun not intended) but it's stupid, and a great way to injure yourself, to do things you simply aren't ready for. 5) It is Trey's commitment to true yoga practice that has caused tremendous improvement in my yoga practice. I have seen improvement in balance, strength, and flexibility. This started happening after just six weeks. Trey has also been great in suggesting things for home practice. 6) A bonus, Trey is fun and funny. He doesn't take it too seriously. He makes an effort to get to know his students. He remembers where we started, so he points out milestones. "Hey, I remember when you couldn't X and look at you now!" So, YES! Go take a class with Trey Albright. namaste, gretchen
Vanessa is a compassionate, patient, and overall amazing person who exposed me to yoga in a meaningful way. I cannot stress just how cool and real this young woman is - Besides her character, she knew after one session what sort of yoga style to switch me to and it helped me immensely. She is an expert in all style s of yoga but she doesn't act like a yoga snob. She is also all about the person in front of her - she is so unselfish and so dialed in to what you are doing. She models the positions alongside you and gently corrects - she also begins and ends the sessions with deep things and I feel wiser and stronger because of my times with her. Her little yoga studio under her apartment is perfect for escaping the world - Everything was amazing - I'm telling you: "Forget yoga classes and forget any other private yoga instructor - You will not find a better human, yoga guru, or mentor than Vanessa Zamora."
My children participated in kemetic yoga and it was such an amazing experience for them. They retained so much knowledge and have grown in many ways in a short amount of time! Lukisha made it a point to answer all of my questions in a timely and professional manner as well as classes were timely. I highly recommend Lukisha for all your kemetic arts!
Amanda has been amazing! I started looking for a yoga instructor last week, and I've already had two sessions with Amanda. She is super attentive, gives great cues, spends time getting to know you and your needs. Awesome. Will be continuing with her!
Excellent instructor. Highly knowledgeable. A completely positive experience.
Stephanie is an amazing instructor. For not having any yoga experience private lessons were a must for me. She carefully led me through different poses and taught me correct form and technique throughout the whole class. I have been extremely active my whole life and have never worked up a sweat like I did in her class! Absolutely amazing!

Emilee Bowen Yoga creates a space for every yogi, beginner or well-practiced, to explore their mind, body and spirit through asana (poses), meditation and pranayama (breath). Emilee began practicing yoga just after graduating college as a means to escape the hustle and bustle of her career in the corporate world. At first, yoga was a great way to sweat out stresses and to find focus and clarity. Over time, she began to uncover the detoxifying and spiritual qualities of yoga. She realized that yoga gave her the ability to completely let go, to gain a deeper understanding of herself, and to find a connection to the community around her. The journey she encountered over the first few years of her practice left her enlightened, inspired and eager to dive deeper. Emilee's classes teach students of all levels alignment and foundation techniques for their practice with clear instruction and adjustments so that they may safely move into depth and flexibility with time. Emilee encourages all students to fall in love with their practice and to embrace the journey, wherever it may lead!
I am a 500 RYT trainer, specializing in vinyasa flow, gentle, restorative, and yin. I also teach a yoga class for athletes.
I began my journey with yoga about 3 years ago and have practiced almost everyday since. I believe that yoga is an accessible practice to all ages and body types and with consistent practice, it is amazing the progress that your body and soul will make. This practice will allow you to sculpt your ideal body, free your true self, and transform your life. I teach power vinyasa flow yoga. This practice is a powerful and energetic form of yoga where students learn to fluidly move from one pose to the next while connecting their breath to their movements. It incorporates strength, flexibility, balance, cardio and physical and mental stamina in one session. It is the perfect blend of sweat and serenity. Though my focus is making the practice accessible to all ages and body types, I also like to play and have fun with arm balances and inversions!
