Kirsten has been such a blessing to me in so many ways. I'm new to yoga and decided to pursue it to relieve stress but it has had such a more meaningful impact on me than I ever would have imagine. Kirsten's instruction is patient, encouraging, and spiritual. The perfect combination for a beginner. I am always in a better place after our sessions and miss her when I'm unable to meet. Jamie not only is an excellent yoga instructor but person, which rolls so well into her yoga practices and classes! She is amazing and a blessing!!! She is so calm, gentle, and in touch with you as a person and herself. She is very observant of what is going on with you in class and otherwise. Her knowledge of poses and creation of meditations and soft accompanying music is incredible.
The cardio/yoga class is great. It is a comfortable setting and everyone is welcome no matter their work out level. I enjoy the instructors insight and knowledge. She takes time to meet each students needs. I highly recommend her services!
Yoga I love Atali yoga teaching classes. She is my favorite teacher and the best thus far in my 30+ years of practice Her flow is very well balanced and her directions are Precise and concise. You can flow with your eyes closed and listen to her harmonious voice. She instills a sense of peace during the flow which makes you feel refreshed. Her flow is chalenging but She offers modifications and she is hands on if you wish to be corrected . She demonstrates the poses as well. Namaste

Vanessa is a compassionate, patient, and overall amazing person who exposed me to yoga in a meaningful way. I cannot stress just how cool and real this young woman is - Besides her character, she knew after one session what sort of yoga style to switch me to and it helped me immensely. She is an expert in all style s of yoga but she doesn't act like a yoga snob. She is also all about the person in front of her - she is so unselfish and so dialed in to what you are doing. She models the positions alongside you and gently corrects - she also begins and ends the sessions with deep things and I feel wiser and stronger because of my times with her. Her little yoga studio under her apartment is perfect for escaping the world - Everything was amazing - I'm telling you: "Forget yoga classes and forget any other private yoga instructor - You will not find a better human, yoga guru, or mentor than Vanessa Zamora."

She carefully led me through different poses and taught me correct form and technique throughout the whole class. Though my focus is making the practice accessible to all ages and body types, I also like to play and have fun with arm balances and inversions!
