The ladies were very nicse. They started out strong but ended poorly. The final place they were supposed to have cleaned was the kitchen. I had to leave for a short time and made the mistake of leaving them the money AND what I felt was a fairly decent tip. I was gone about an hour and when i returned they had already left. I don't think they cleaned the kitchen at all and after close inspection, they did a sub-par job at best. I cleaned for at least another hour and still didn't get everything done I had placed in my original request. My fault for leaving them the money ahead of time! Again, they were very nice but I will not use them again and would not recommend them.

Nicole, I'm very sorry you are upset with your cleaning. Not only are we nice, as you stated, but we are also honest! As my Thumbtack profile says, I offer 100% Guarantee and I stand behind that. If you would of called, text or contacted me in some way to let me know we had missed something, we would of been right back to correct it, but you waited exactly two weeks later and gave this review instead. So, I'd like a chance to comment on your points..... 1. Before you left to get your oil changed, we were in the kitchen cleaning. I recall wiping all of your cabinets, countertops, front of stove and microwave, swept cobwebs off of your candles hanging on the wall as well as all around your bay window, moving your dogs food as well as their bowls, to mop and sweep that area, wiping your refrigerator, on hands and knees to clean the bottom of it as well. 2. I also recall you coming out of your bedroom and me asking you if we have missed anything you wanted done. Your answer was "NO, it looks so much better, thank you". 3 My helper had mopped your dinning room twice and was having trouble getting the dust from the wok you had done off that floor and that was also brought to your attention. 4.Yes you did leave us a very decent tip and we are very grateful to you for that, but we DID clean your kitchen for at least 45 minutes to an hour. We did not take the money and run as soon as you left. Once again I apologize that you were so unhappy and you chose not to contact me to let me know. As I tell all of my customers, if we have missed anything please let us know. This is my business and I need my customers to be happy and I'm sorry this couldn't be worked out another way.

On my website I have most prices listed, but there are other factors that detemine the final price. It will depend on the clutter, if there is lots of dog/cat hair, if the client needs anything extra, etc

Each and every visit we: Sanitize bathrooms and kitchens, scrub and shine sinks, wipe microwave inside and out, wipe refridgerator and stove and clean inside as an add on, then mop and sweep each floor (small areas are mopped on hands and knees).
