I've worked with personal trainers over the past 25+ years. Hands down, Adam Smith is the best I've ever trained with, ever. I'm grateful for the opportunity to train with him over the past 5 years or so. He is extremely knowledgeable about everything fitness, and also nutrition (including specific diets like vegan, etc). As a matter of fact, it was Adam who helped me to identify Power Lifting as a competitive sport, and then trained me to win my 2014 SoCal Gold Medal. Adam has helped me transform my body by decreasing fat while increasing my muscle mass!! I never know my body could look like it does today. He really cares about the well being of his clients, and has become a dear friend over the years. Lori Duff has been a God-send for me these past 3 weeks, as she has launched me into a holistic plan for my long-term fitness, health and wellness. Cody is the absolute best! He really pushes and challenges you, but is very supportive as well. I find myself really missing the sessions during breaks in training. NXT Rep Fitness is a great, do-work gym and feels like a small family.

Evan is such an amazing trainer and motivator. He is always energenic and passionate about his clients. He makes each work out efficient and difficult, but understands how hard he can push you. Evan brings so much knowledge about overall fitness to each session. I have been working out with Evan with personal sessions for three months now and I've seen fantastic results - both weight loss and body shaping. He is willing to mentor you through your journey no matter how difficult.
Ryan Wood is an expert fitness trainer and professional. He is thoroughly competent and organized, and plans individualized training programs. Ryan is a great communicator and listener. My previous trainers pale in comparison to him.
I’ve never had a personal trainer before, but was introduced to GYMGUYZ through a health fair at work. I was hesitant if I would stick with it, but once they explained the group sessions I was eager to sign up with my friends. They drive a truck full of equipment straight to you and teach you something new every time. We’ve been working with Charlene who always brings her high spirits to keep you motivated and is a text away to answer any questions! She’s been learning what motivates each of us and adjusts her practice to get us better results. I really am pleased I’ve found a way to get motivated with my friends without having to make the trip to the gym!
Starting to work out again at the age of 52, I was looking for someone who understood changes the body made over time. Danny is very knowledgeable regarding the human body and has the experience needed to give me specific and necessary instructions. He responded to my needs immediately and with genuine concern. I would HIGHLY recommend this gym and the trainers for anyone at any fitness level! It's the best deal you'll find anywhere for personal training and it's legit. Fitness has always felt like a chore to me, but this is the first time that I'm actually excited about it and look forward to my workouts. Great people/atmosphere, flexible with scheduling, and very knowledgeable staff. They know their stuff and make it fun! I NEVER write reviews for anything, but this is worth telling people about. Try it out, you won't regret it.
I trained with Randy before and after my knee replacement several years ago. He helped me with my weight loss and strengthening my knee to prepare for the surgery. And after the surgery he helped me build up the muscles around my knees as well as a total body work out. I felt like he had a good understanding of what I wanted and needed and pushed me to achieve my maximum ability. I would definitely recommend Randy to anyone looking for a fitness trainer
I truly enjoy working out with Chad. I have been working with him now for about 3 months and not only is he very educated on fitness, he also helps me stay on track and holds me accountable. He is very personable and keeps me laughing during our time. He is always on time for our workouts and is even willing to train me out of my own home. He helps make wise decisions on my food choices also keeps record of my progress. Chad is very passionate in training and truly loves helping others achieve their goals. We have built a rapport and for that reason I know he is stuck with me for a long, long time. I can't wait to see my body when we reach my goal. I hired Stephen as my personal trainer and I can’t say enough positive things about him. He is very high energy and just what I needed as a trainer to push me and teach me about proper form and technique. He is very educated on nutrition and physical fitness! He emphasizes proper nutrition and we discuss meal plans daily to help me lose weight quickly. Every session I get a great workout, feel wonderful after and I have honestly seen results in about two weeks considering the training I am doing with Stephen and the diet he has put me on. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS TRAINER TO ANYONE! At a very competitive hourly rate, you can’t ask for a better experience. I will continue to use this service for the rest of the year….5 STARS!!!!!

In just 3 months he's already helped knock down my A1C values by 25% and helped me get off some expensive medications.
Jessica has been working with me for about a month. She is motivating, knowledgable and somehow able to even get an overweight, unmotivated man to get excited about getting in shape. In the first 3 weeks of training, she was able to help me lose 5 pounds and take an inch of my waist. Now 5lbs might not sound like much, but you have to consider that I was also gaining muscle mass so actual fat loss was probably closer to 8-9lbs. Not Withstanding an old, untreated shoulder injury that has sidelined me for the last week, I am looking forward to the next session. In addition to her professinalism, Jessica offers a wide range of locations to workout, from your own home or apartment gym to a long list of boutique gyms where you can get the work done without the big box gym social scene. I have experience in nutrition and fitness, but Kay challenged me greatly. He taught me moves that I never thought of, and he consistently asked me if they were challenging enough, so he valued my input. I began my weight loss journey just right thanks to him!
Great training experience. Evelyn wants you to achieve your "best physical self". She knows how to motivate her classes and give nutritional advice a well as performance. Many trainers know how many reps to lift per weight catagory but that gets BORING quick! Evelyn has so many interesting options for cardio and strength training. My personal favorite was always the TRX - you can workout entire body in MANY ways... fun means you RETURN!
Derek is one of the greatest personal trainers that I know. The guy definitely knows what he is talking about and you can tell because fitness is his lifestyle and his aesthetic build will back that up. He does a great job motivating, guiding, and teaching you the fundamentals that are necessary to get the desired results.
