Introduction: Since starting my IT career in 2012 I have become a seasoned IT professional ranging in government work, education work, and municipal work. I'm a support engineer for a very large city in the northern DFW area for my main work and I love doing side jobs as a hobby while making people satisfied and happy with the results. My experience ranges from basic desktop support services to network-level issues. I have experience with repairing mobile devices, providing remote support when possible to save clients money and time, and overall experience with the the vast majority of everything involved with IT.
