Introduction: I enjoy variety; I incorporate a variety of workouts to keep the training fun as well as burning fat in the process. My training is a combination of cross fit, and circuit training to get the heart rate up and down thus burning fat. I begin my training with a light cardio and yoga stretches then advanced into our workout which incorporates a variety of exercises from boxing to jump rope to rope battles. Then finish the workouts with abdominal workouts to flatten the core and cardio. Watching the clients transformation.
