- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge a flat rate price for our repairs. We send a technician to your home or business, diagnose the problem with your system, give you a price for the repair first. If you decide you don't want it repaired, then all you owe us is the current Diagnostic Fee. If you decide to go ahead and do the repairs for the price quoted, then we will proceed and repair the system, charge you for the price quoted and the current Diagnostic Fee. If and when we do the repairs, we will then continue finishing the diagnosis and if there is any other problem with the system, we will let you know and then quote you for another repair. We can't finish the diagnosis until the first repair is done so that we can then complete the diagnosis.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Every year we have a mandatory 8 hour continuing education course that we take to be able to renew our hvac license. Changes occur often in the hvac industry and we have to keep changing with it. You can never learn enough in this field.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've always wanted to do the best job possible on anything that I did. When I worked for other a/c companies; things were not always done with the mindset of looking out for the customer. I didn't agree with this and so I thought I could do a better job of taking care of my customers without my boss telling "That's good enough". I believe in dong everything in excellence. Perfection can't be achieved, but excellence can. Our Motto "Committed To Excellence" says it all.
