Steve did a rehab for me at an apartment complex which consisted of Patch walls as needed (materials and labor) Full paint (labor only) â walls, trim, cabinets, ceiling. Replace flooring (labor only) â plank throughout unless there is existing tile that is in good shape Demo countertops and install granite (labor only)Demo backplash and install new (labor only) Install accent tile strip at master bath (labor only) Paint cabinets (labor only) Install new cabinet hardware (labor only) Install new blinds and Lighting (labor only) Install new bathroom sinks and kitchen faucet (labor only) Frame bathroom mirrors (labor only) Install new appliances (labor only) Completed everything in time allotted(10 days) and was very organized and professional.

Steven did an outstanding and professional job building a deck and laying a concrete brick entry way for my back gate. I would recommend him for any of this type of work to all my friends. He is very meticulous on making sure even the smallest detail is taken care of. I was highly satisfied with all the work he did for me.
