When you say they will be there...show up and on time! Don't make promises you can't keep. Have the tools and the equipment with you when you arrive.

I am very sorry that it took longer than what I previously stated in the original agreement. I should have explained more clearly when additional work was requested that the completion time would be extended. As much as I try to plan our work around bad weather it does occasionally interfere with scheduling. I appreciate your business and apologize for the misunderstanding.
