What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Very competitive and sometimes much lower because I work primarily by myself.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try my best to educate them on what needs to be done . I give good suggestions on what types of materials to use..if it's not in their budget I do my best to at least go with my minimum suggestions so that they will be making a purchase that should last 7-10 years
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
No education or training..just something I watched and learned over the years.
