- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is by the hour. I do have a different pricing system for individuals, groups and corporate plans. Prices depend on the frequency and length of the session, location, travel time, and number of lessons package. I am happy to discuss your needs to provide a price or proposal.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with an assessment of their speaking which helps to isolate specific areas for improvement. Then, I begin with clearly demonstrating the American English alphabet to contrast with the way they've been speaking. Afterwards, we practice specific sounds, intonation, stress on personal and professional vocabulary, as well, as conversational themes.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I recently completed a certification in American Accent Training, to add new techniques to my existing knowledge. I continually research and study new techniques, books, websites, videos to increase my knowledge to support my clients.
