- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No service fee -or- diagnostic fee with any repairs! ($50.00 discount) Once we diagnose your issue, a quote is then provided to you to make the repair. We never start a job without you knowing the price and customer approval. There is a $50.00 diagnostic fee if no work is performed and we diagnose the system failure. We also provide Free Estimates for complete Air Conditioning or Heater unit replacements.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process begins with a phone call to our office where our friendly staff will assist you and get you set up on a service call. We will then gather your basic contact information such as name, address, phone#, email, etc..... and then we will schedule a time/date to come out and diagnose your problem. Before arriving to a customer's home, we give them notification that our technician is on their way. Once the technician has arrived,he will diagnose the problem and inform the customer of the cost of repair. No repair is ever performed, until you the customer approve the repair and pricing. We know your time is valuable and we strive to be punctual to all appointments!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Precision Air Expert Cooling & Heating provides on going training & education to all its team members in order to keep us on the cutting edge in our trade. Combine that with countless hours of manufacturer training, and our onsite in-house training room, you can be assured we are training our guys to solve all your cooling & heating needs when they arrive at your home -or business.
